Shannon Finn, MS, CF-SLP
Shannon is a passionate speech-language pathologist who earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Pre-Professional Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from New York Medical College, where she was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society.
Shannon has diverse clinical experiences across healthcare, children’s hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools, and private practice settings. Her expertise includes evaluating and treating children with speech and language delays, autism spectrum disorder, Down Syndrome, pragmatic language challenges, and pediatric feeding difficulties. Her training also includes working with medically complex patients with tracheostomies, ventilator dependence, and feeding tubes, as well as conducting and interpreting Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) and participating in Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).
She values a collaborative, family-centered approach and is passionate about creating a supportive, engaging environment that motivates her clients to grow. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys baking sourdough, discovering new coffee shops, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
